BizPopUp is the owner of the online platform.
Copyrights
Photographs bought on BizPopUp platform are only for personal and editorial use. The international rules of copyrights apply.
Private life
All recognizable people in a picture has the right to ask to remove the photograph from the collection catalog as long as the photographer doesn't get any authorization from the subject to publish the image.
BizPopUp respects the rules of private life.
Claims
All claims with proof of identity should be sent to BizPopUp using the contact page. We'll immediately respond and we'll engage legal procedures if necessary.
Transactions security
All transactions are made in partnership with Paypal. Transactions are also stored in a BizPopUp secure database and are real time accessible.
